All contents of this course, including but not limited to workbooks, text, graphics and logos are owned by Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd and are protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. Company names, logos and websites are copyrighted to their respective owners.
Training material provided by Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd may not be modified, reproduced, redisplayed other than printed directly from Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd or distributed in any way. All material received from Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd. must be used for the sole purpose of the training stipulated and therefore you are strongly advised not to use the Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd. training material for any other use other than training provided at Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd.
Acceptance of application constitutes the student’s consent to give Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such work, which includes but is not limited to the student's images, videos, voice recordings, personal information submitted, the student's application in whole or in part, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
GENERAL
Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd conducts active, hands-on programs in a rigorous environment. In order to maximize the learning process, we require all students to work and to model. When a student is the artist, he/she will approach his/her assignment as though he/she is working on a real job. This includes maintaining a high standard of courtesy and professionalism. When modelling, a student will remain still and quiet and will cooperate with the artist’s requests without dispensing opinion or advise.
Students are expected to treat class responsibilities in a professional manner. This includes arriving in class on time and being prepared for the day’s assignment(s). Students must avoid incurring absences and arriving late for the beginning of class and leaving class early, failure to adhere to this will result in the student having to catch-up in their own time. Kenosis Beauty Institute reserves the right to change course syllabus, lecture times and student fees. Students will have a grace period of three months to finish the course.
Class size is limited, and availability is determined prior to any class commencing. In order to enroll in any course of study, students must first complete a student application form. This must be submitted with a non-refundable deposit or the full amount. Under no circumstance shall the deposit be refunded; we therefore encourage prospective students to come for an interview at our premises before making any payments. This is to avoid cancellation of registration that will leave an open space that could have been occupied by another prospective student.
By signing this application letter that forms an agreement between the student and Kenosis Beauty Institute Pty (Ltd) the student agrees to complete the training within the specified course duration. Students have a one-month grace period to submit their PoEs and all necessary work and documents that are required for further assessing and moderation. Failure to do so shall result in the student forfeiting their training and will have to re-enroll should they wish to finish their course at a later stage. In order for students to receive their certificates and complete the course, all payments must be paid in full. (Proof of payment to be sent to: [email protected])
Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or undermine the legitimate operation of Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd may be in violation of applicable legislation and should such an attempt be made; Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorney’s fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
PAYMENT AND FEES
Should the student fail to make payment on the due date/s each month, or fail to finish the training for whatsoever reason Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd shall demand the outstanding amount from the student together with penalties; failing which Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd without notice, shall be entitled to apply to the relevant court of law for judgement against the student for the outstanding amount including legal costs – the student and/or the person responsible for payment agrees to judgement in this regard.
Students making payment via installments are required to fill in an acknowledgement of debt form and a debit order is compulsory. The debit order mandate shall be loaded on the account of the person responsible for payment. Should the debit order return unpaid the student will not be permitted to continue with their studies until such a time a payment is made.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Some of Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd products/services may not be suitable for use by all consumers and may contain materials that may be harmful to certain persons. Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd does not necessarily endorse the companies, nor does Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd automatically recommend or guarantee the quality or suitability of any product used during training. We recommend that each student/user ensures that they are suitable to use any goods or services during training before purchase or commencing with training.
Accordingly, by signing these terms and conditions, the student agrees that he/she has been appraised of and accepts the risks of loss and injury which may result on account of the use and consumption of the products and services of Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd and/or of any of Institute’s associated companies and furthermore agrees to indemnify and to hold Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd and its associated companies, harmless against all loss or damage or injury the student may sustain, from any cause arising whatsoever as a result of having consumed the said products or services of Kenosis Beauty Institute (Pty) Ltd and/or its associated companies.
